20150919_204029If you organise any type of event or function, either now or in the future, then this bank of equipment is there to help.

View the equipment list and prices.

Thame Equipment Bank is a Community project sponsored by SODC and managed by 21st Century Thame to provide equipment for hire to the Community.

Equipment available to hire includes marquees, pop up tents, tables and chairs, festoon lighting, portable staging, PA systems, generators, bunting and much more. We even provide a trailer to help you move it all! Available at low cost to community organisations & groups, as well as private not-for-profit hire in the Thame area.

The scheme is organised by 21st Century Thame in conjunction with Thame Town Council and Southern Oxfordshire LEADER. This equipment is made available to support and encourage all our local communities to organise events, concerts, parties and much more for the benefit of all.

Equipment Hire Notes

  • Community Events

We supply outdoor equipment to events such as Music in the Park, Thame Food Festival, Thame Carnival, Beacon Festival, Frog Fest, Astonbury Music Festival, Lighthouse.

  • Private Functions

Our festoon lighting is very popular for weddings and parties. We also often supply round and rectangle tables, chairs, waste bins, marquees and gazebos.

  • Business Events

We like to try to help our businesses in Thame too. So events to promote your business sometimes mean you need more equipment just for the day.
