We would like to acknowledge the people and organisations who help to make the Thame Equipment Bank possible.  Here are a list of the funding that has been secured over the years to support the activities of the Thame Equipment Bank.

SODC Councillor Grant 2018 : £250 towards 4 x new boxes of outdoor festoon lights
SODC Councillor Grant 2017 : Replace 2 gazebo canopies and 10 new folding rectangular tables

SEEDA Small Rural Towns Programme 2009 – part of a Promoting Thame project

The Thame Equipment Bank was born in 2009 out of a Promoting Thame project with Grant funding from the SEEDA Small Rural Towns Programme. It was highlighted that ‘… the logistics of event organisation is often a significant obstacle to more events being held in the town. There is very little equipment available locally and storage is often an issue for organisations. This initiative would help overcome these issues….’ Total cost of equipment purchase was £25,373.

A team of over 30 people were involved in the application for the whole grant of over £200K and Thame Town Council supported the application and implementation.
