Thame Equipment Bank is a community service run by volunteers as part of 21st Century Thame.

The bank hires equipment to anyone in and around Thame.

Hirers are expected to treat all the equipment as though it is their own and to return it is as good condition as when they hire it.

To make an enquiry as to the availability of equipment please make a booking using the online booking form under ‘Make a booking’.

Availability will be checked on receipt of the form.  If you subsequently realise that you do not need the equipment then please contact [email protected] to cancel the order.

Please ensure that you read the ‘Equipment Hire Notes’.    Such equipment as marquees and orange barrier fencing need special care when returning to ensure following hirers get their equipment in good condition.

Pickup of equipment is from containers on the grounds of Chinnor Rugby Club.   Arrangement of pickup must be made by email with [email protected] during the week before pickup (no earlier).  A volunteer will meet at the containers.
